The 36th annual Easton Lions Club All-Star Wrestling Classic will be held on Tuesday at Easton Area High School's 25th Street Gymnasium.
The match pits seniors from New Jersey against their counterparts from Pennsylvania's rugged District 11. The high school event, slated for 8 p.m., is preceded by a youth event at 6.
Pennsylvania won last year's event, 28-18. New Jersey, which has lost the last three events, had won three straight and four of the five classics prior to a 32-15 setback in 2013. Pennsylvania leads the overall series, 20-15, dating to 1981.
Bouts will be three periods of 2 minutes, 1 1/2 and 1 1/2 minutes in length.
Tickets, available at the door, are $6 for adults, $4 for seniors (65 and older) and $3 for students.
