Breakdown: This should be another dandy in what is a big week on the local scene, but this matchup has been hard to forecast in recent years, including the 22-point margin last season. Warren Hills is coming off a 34-25 loss to Hunterdon Central on Wednesday, and the Streaks are in the midst of a brutal stretch of six matches over six days -- with a quad at North Warren on Saturday and Bound Brook on Monday. Del Val should have another raucous home crowd for this one on a Friday night. Based primarily off the results of head-to-head meetings between these rivals at the John Goles Invitational on Dec. 28, this one favors the hosts. Potential Goles rematches are: Uderman p. Slivka in :37; DeRosa d. Wulff 6-2; Valli dec. Mills 7-3; LaDuca d. Oberly 4-3; Zafis p. Pandy in 2:56. The flip will be important as the Terriers would likely bump Mills and Kolonia (who has 99 career wins) to 138 and 145, while the Streaks would then possibly bump Z. Nauta to 152. The other question is the availability of O'Rourke, who has been sidelined by a foot injury. He was decked by Crater at the Goles, but that would not be a given in the rematch, nor is the prior result at 220. Without O'Rourke, it makes sense to forfeit at 120 and run Wulff to 126. Let the chess game begin. Straight up, Warren Hills is favored only at 132, 145, 182 and 285. Del Val gets the nod at 106, 120, 126, 138, 152, 160 and 195. I'd say 113, 170 and 220 are tossups. Terriers are tough to beat at home and they will win enough of the close ones.

Prediction: Delaware Valley, 33-27.
