Wrestling: Stellar field set for action in Boresch Duals

The ninth annual Henry Boresch Duals will be contested on Saturday at Newton High School. The event, named in honor of the legendary Braves coach, includes several of New Jersey's top-ranked teams.

Howell, ranked No. 10 in the preseason New Jersey Wrestling Writers Top 20, is the No. 1 seed, while two-time defending Boresch Duals champion and No. 18 South Plainfield, the 2013 Group 3 champion, is the No. 2 seed. No. 16 Raritan, the Duals' two-time runner-up and 2011 champion, is the No. 3 seed, while No. 12 Hanover Park, last season's Group 1 runner-up, is the No. 4 seed.

"We've had some tough teams in the past, but never this deep," said veteran coach Eric Bollette, whose Newton teams have competed in five of the previous seven championship matches, winning four.
