Phillipsburg (5-1), with wins over No. 7 Hunterdon Central (34-24 on Wednesday) and Kittatinny (45-19 on Thursday) remains in the No. 5 spot. The Stateliners will square off against No. 11 Hanover Park (8-1) on Thursday at Phillipsburg High School.
Delaware Valley (8-2) falls one spot to No. 10, while Pope John (7-1) jumps up three spots to No. 9 after winning its first team championship in the Hunterdon-Warren-Sussex Tournament on Saturday -- besting second-place Hunterdon Central by three points.
The Lions dropped a 50-13 decision to No. 1 Bergen Catholic on Monday.
Rounding out the local teams ranked is No. 17 High Point. The Wildcats (8-1) will face No. 13 Delsea on Saturday as part of a quad at Roxbury High School.
Bergen Catholic (4-1) remains the unanimous No. 1 team for the second straight week. The Crusaders, who collected all 13 first-place votes and have been ranked No. 1 in the poll every week since the 2013-14 season, beat Passaic Tech, 59-4, last Wednesday, but dropped a 30-29 decision to Clovis High School, a California team ranked sixth in the country by InterMat Wrestling.
